Epifanes Werdol Copperfree Antifouling

Epifanes Werdol Copperfree is a copper- and tin free sweet water antifouling.  Instead of following the age-old method of leaching toxicants that persist in the environment, Werdol Copperfree employs a novel mechanism to control the attachment of fouling organisms.  Because Werdol Copperfree contains no copper it ensures that this antifouling is compatible with aluminium and other metals in the marine environment.  This is not the case with copper-based paints that promote galvanic corrosion with metal boats.
